The rate at which election songs are being blasted all around, it's the worst nightmare for any student of music. These songs come in all varieties, cringe-pop to folk. But ne'er had I imagined an Odissi tune here! Just heard one such interlude, still recovering from the trauma.

I was raised Lutheran but now reject all organized religion and dogma. I prefer to study the teachings of Sri Aurobindo and his Integral Yoga.
A great talk on Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyaya's philosophy of "Anushilan Tatva" as expounded in Anandamath & other works. And Sri Aurobindo/Barindra's exposition of the philosophy in Bhavani Mandir.

As followers of The Mother & Sri Aurobindo, we need to be on guard against the many varieties of atheists dominating political discourse. Fighting the Hindutva fundamentalism, on the other side of the isle, is also a big task. Thankfully, our intellectual capital is inexhaustible
The only firm indication is against Hitler. So, in other cases, it's difficult to ascertain the anti-evolutionary quotient. Ordinary political correctness may not be a dependable index. Quotations from Sri Aurobindo's own writings may flummox, at times. Hence, exercising caution is necessary.
