But the "Hindus" have no copyright to Sanatan Dharma. Sri Aurobindo liberates the 3 major texts, the Vedas, the Upanishads n the Gita from the clutches of the fanatic Hindus n alone brings out their true yoga. They were addressed to Man for their transformation.
Sanatan Dharma for all who follow it. Not just for those who lived by d river Indus. All things were hidden or seen partially till Sri Aurobindo found their integrality. A muslim n a Christian has the same right to Sanatan Dharma. That is why Pondicherry is in the world map!
SA says in The Life Divine that Mind can guess the Supermind. Of Course, he means the slightly better enlightened minds than the average fanatics. No fanaticism in SA. Nobody b4 Sri Aurobindo found integrality in Scriptures. One does not have to be a great sadhak to know that.
I follow Christians n Muslims in Twitter n I shall be quite embarrassed if they find me equating Sri Aurobindo with the orthodoxies of Hinduism.
One has every right to support the RSS ideology. I myself prefer the BJP over the Congress n the CPM. But then I can't invite Sri Aurobindo to come down to enjoy my private tea party with my sectarian friends!

No confusions there. Contention was about characterising Integral Yoga as something that bloomed in isolation and not connected to Sanatana Dharma...while its genesis and experiential fact indicates it is but a continuation of the thread that the Vedic Rishis began...
‘Clutches of fanatic Hindus’ is a rather strong phrase..and Master ‘liberated’ the three works? Am sure you are entitled to your view..how much have you actually realised of any of these works? What have you seen so far, what states attained? Opinion without realisation is ok too

Of course it was Master who found the thread, like the Varaha of old, but doesn’t mean you label an entire race that held the knowledge closely and has poured untold amount of tapasya and faith and even paid price in blood as fanatics...
And yes, the desert cults have a right to Sanatana Dharma too...assuming we survive the conversion, crusade and jihad...yes, all can learn from us..no issues there..but you can’t label Hindus as fanatic just because we are reasonable..
