Indigenous religions

goethean Says: January 22nd, 2007 at 1:02 pm Neat, but as a reader of William Irwin Thompson, who is quite interested in Paleolithic and Neolithic religion and their descendents, I agree that the graphic falsifies the historical record by failing to mention indigenous religions (the gray areas!). Also…is Krishna thought to be a historical figure? That would be news to me. And the graphic acts as though Buddhism made no inroads in India between the time of the Buddha and Shankara (800 CE). That’s false, I’m pretty sure.
