ଧାଡ଼ିଏ ଲେଖିଲେ ସାରା ବିଶ୍ବ ପଢ଼ିପାରିବ। ଇଣ୍ଟରନେଟର ଇଏ କେତେବଡ଼ ଅବଦାନ। ଅଥଚ ଆମେ ତାକୁ ଆଜି ହେୟଜ୍ଞାନ କରୁଛୁ। ଅନେକଙ୍କୁ ଉହ୍ୟ କରିଦେବା ପାଇଁ ଚେ଼ଷ୍ଟା କରୁଛୁ। ଜେପି ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ସମୟରେ ଲୁଚି ଲୁଚି ଆମେ ମୁକ୍ତିକାମୀ ପତ୍ରିକା ବାଣ୍ଟୁଥିଲୁ। ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଆସିଲା। ତେଣୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ କ୍ଷମତାଚ୍ୟୁତ କରାଇବା କିଛିଗୋଟାଏ ବିଚିତ୍ରକଥା ନୁହେଁ
ଅଣଓଡ଼ିଆଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ସବୁକିଛି ଅଛି କିନ୍ତୁ ମୋ ପାଖରେ କେବଳ ଭାଷା। ତା'ରି ବଳରେ ମୁଁ ଏତେ ବଡ଼ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେବା ପାଇଁ ସାହାସ କରିଛି। ଶିକ୍ଷିତ ଓଡ଼ିଆମାନେ ଏହାର ତାତ୍ପର୍ଯ୍ୟ ବୁଝି ମୋତେ ସମର୍ଥନ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବେ ବୋଲି ଆଶା ଓ ବିଶ୍ବାସ। ଓଡ଼ିଶାର କୋଣ ଅନୁକୋଣରେ ଏହି ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ପ୍ରତିଧ୍ବନିତ ହେଉ। ଗଣତାନ୍ତ୍ରିକ ମୂଲ୍ୟବୋଧ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ହେଉ।
ଯେ କୌଣସି ଆକର୍ଷଣ ପଛରେ କିଛିମାତ୍ରାରେ ଯୌନପ୍ରେରଣା ଥିବା ଜଣାଶୁଣା। ତେଣୁ ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କର ଅଣଓଡ଼ିଆ ନେତାମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଅତ୍ଯଧିକ ଭକ୍ତି ଓ ଆସକ୍ତି କିଛି ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟଜନକ ନୁହେଁ। ଭାଗବତ ମଧ୍ଯ ୟାକୁ ଭଗବତ୍ ପ୍ରେମର ଆଖ୍ୟା ଦେଇଛି। ସେ ସବୁ ଠିକ୍ ଅଛି। ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଶାସନଭାର କିପରି ଓଡ଼ିଆଙ୍କ ହାତକୁ ଆସିବ ତାହା ବି ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କର ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ।
ରାଜନୀତି ହେଉଛି ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ କିନ୍ତୁ କେତେବର୍ଷ ହେଲା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଓ ରାଜ୍ଯ ରାଜନୀତି ଅଲଗା ବୋଲି କହି ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଭୋଟ ଠକିନିଆଯାଉଛି। ଅଣଓଡ଼ିଆମାନେ ହିଁ ସ୍ବର୍ଗରୁ ଗଳିଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ଲମ୍ବାଚୌଡା଼ ଭାଷଣ ଦିଆଯାଉଛି। ଦୁଃଖର କଥା ଯେ ସେଇ ମଞ୍ଚଉପରୁ ପୁଣି ବନ୍ଦେ ଉତ୍କଳ ଜନନୀ ଗାନ କରାଯାଉଛି। ଏପରି ଅସଙ୍ଗତ, ଅବାନ୍ତର, ଓ ଅଲାଜୁକ କଥାକୁ ଆଉ କଣ କହିବ?
ଓଡ଼ିଆମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରକାରର ବାହାନାରେ ମତେଇ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଅଣଓଡ଼ିଆଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଶଂସକରେ ପରିଣତ କରିବାଠାରୁ ହୀନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଆଉ ନାହିଁ। ଯେଉଁ ଏଜେଣ୍ଟମାନେ ବଡ଼ ଉତ୍ସାହ ଓ ଉଦ୍ଦୀପନା ସହ ଏହି ଅଭିଯାନରେ ନିଜ ଜୀବନ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିଛନ୍ତି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବାରମ୍ବାର ଆତ୍ମାବଲୋକନ କରିବାକୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ। ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାବରେ କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ଯ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରଣ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍।
ସାଧାରଣ ନାଗରିକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ବୋଲି ନକହି ହିନ୍ଦୁ ବୋଲି କହିବା ଏକ ଚକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ଯାହାଦ୍ବାରା ଅଣଓଡ଼ିଆଙ୍କ ଦାସତ୍ବ ଏକମାତ୍ର ସତ୍ଯ ବୋଲି ପ୍ରତିପାଦିତ ହେବ। ତାଛଡା଼, ସମ୍ବିଧାନକୁ ଏଡେଇଦେଇ ଧର୍ମଗୁରୁମାନଙ୍କ ଆଦେଶକୁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଲଦିଦେବା ଅନିବାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହେବ। ଯୁବକ ଯୁବତୀମାନେ ଏପ୍ରକାର ଶଠ ପ୍ରରୋଚନାରୁ ଦୂରରେ ରହିବା ପାଇଁ ଅନୁରୋଧ।
ସାମାଜିକ ସଂହତି ଓ ସୁସଙ୍ଗତି ନିମନ୍ତେ ସୁସ୍ଥ ଗଣତନ୍ତ୍ର ଓ ମୂଲ୍ୟଭିତ୍ତିକ ରାଜନୀତି ଅପରିହାର୍ଯ୍ୟ। ଏହି ଦାଯିତ୍ବ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିଙ୍କ ଉପରେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ପିଲାଳିଆମି କରି ଖେଳର ନିୟମ ଭାଙ୍ଗିଲେ ଭବିଷ୍ଯତ ପାଇଁ ବିପଦ। ଜାତି, ଧର୍ମ, ଓ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣକୁ ଛାଡି଼ ଭାଷାଭିତ୍ତିରେ ରାଜନୀତି ହେବ। ଓଡ଼ିଆମାନେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଛାଇମୁଣ୍ଡିଆ ତଳେ ଏକତ୍ରିତ ହେବେ।
ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ କି ଓଡ଼ିଆଙ୍କୁ ହିନ୍ଦୁ କିମ୍ବା ଜଗନ୍ନାଥଙ୍କ ସହ ସମାନାର୍ଥକ ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଚାରକରିବା ଏକ ଦୁରଭିସନ୍ଧି। ଯେଉଁମାନେ ହିନ୍ଦୁସ୍ବାର୍ଥଲାଗି ତତ୍ପର ଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ସମସ୍ତେ ଅଣଓଡ଼ିଆଙ୍କ ଏଜେଣ୍ଟ। ଓଡ଼ିଆମାନଙ୍କୁ ମେଣ୍ଢାଭଳି ଏକାଠିକରି ଅଣଓଡ଼ିଆ ଧର୍ମଗୁରୁ ଓ ସଙ୍ଘାଧିପତିମାନଙ୍କ ପାଦତଳେ ଭେଟି ଦେବାହିଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପରୋକ୍ଷ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ।
ବର୍ଣ୍ଣଚରିତ୍ର ନେଇ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିର ଗୁଣରେ କିଛି ବିଶେଷତ୍ୱ ରହିବା ସ୍ବାଭାବିକ କିନ୍ତୁ ସୁସ୍ଥ ରାଜନୀତିରେ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିର ପ୍ରାଧାନ୍ଯ କମ୍। ରାଗ-ତାଳ-ଲୟ ଠିକ୍ ଭାବରେ କଷିଦେଲେ ଯେମିତି ଗାୟନ ତା ଗୁଳାରେ ସାବଲୀଳ ଭାବରେ ଚାଲେ, ନୀତି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶନାର ଓଲମ୍ ବିଲୋମ୍ ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟ କରିଦେଲେ ଏକ ସୁନ୍ଦର ରାଜନୈତିକ ପରିବେଶ ସେହି ଅନୁସାରେ ଗଢ଼ିଉଠିବା କଥା।
ବଙ୍ଗଭଙ୍ଗ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ସମୟରେ ଶ୍ରୀଅରବିନ୍ଦ ରାଜନୀତିକୁ ଝାମ୍ପ ଦେଲେ କିନ୍ତୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ତାଙ୍କର ଆଦର୍ଶ ପ୍ରଚାର ହେଲା ସ୍ବାଧୀନତା ପରେ। ୧୯୭୨ରେ ତାଙ୍କ ଜନ୍ମଶତବାର୍ଷିକି ଅବସରରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର କବି, ଲେଖକ, ଓ ଚିନ୍ତାନାୟକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ଉନ୍ମାଦନା ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଥିଲା। ତତ୍କାଳୀନ ମୁଖ୍ଯମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନନ୍ଦିନୀ ବି।
